    🎯 Bias in hiring isn't just a challenge—it’s a barrier to building diverse, innovative teams. In interviews, one of the most common and unnoticed biases is affinity bias—the tendency to favor candidates who are like us. But we can design processes to reduce its impact. In a recent blog, we dive into 4 practical strategies to help you make fairer hiring decisions: 1️⃣ Structured Interviews: Consistency is key.
