Today, Colm Lavery, Chief Operations Officer - Valuation, presented at the Conference of Valuation Agencies (CoVA 2024) held at Technological University Dublin, facilitated by the International Property Tax Institute (IPTI). The theme of this year's conference is 'Valuation Agencies of the Future', bringing together experts from all over the world to discuss a variety of topics of interest not only to those in valuation agencies but also to those who use their valuation services. 

We are recruiting for the position of Senior Project Manager. Based in Dublin, the Senior Project Manager will act as a Project Sponsor and provide technical oversight in the management of several fit-out projects. These include the relocation of 500 Dublin-based staff from three locations to our new Dublin HQ in Smithfield. The closing date is Wednesday, 13 November at 5pm. Tailte Éireann is thrilled to participate in Culture Night 2024 with free tours of the beautiful Registry of Deeds building, Henrietta street, between 4-8pm on Friday 20 September. The tour will include the Registry of Deeds main vault, normally closed to the public, which holds Memorials dating from 1708. The tour then proceeds up the cantilever stairs to the Public Room, with its beautiful pitch pine shelves (designed c.1829) and original parquet floors.
