    How do we make our workplace more inclusive for neurodiverse colleagues? Our Champions of Accessibility Network (CAN) recently hosted an insightful webinar on “Neurodiversity in the Workplace”. With over 60 colleagues joining, we explored how we can create more inclusive communication and collaboration practices for neurodiverse environments. We were honored to welcome a speaker from the Polish Synapsis Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and driving positive change for neurodiverse individuals and their families. Our session highlighted the importance of neurodiversity and the rich, diverse ways in which people experience the world. While we only scratched the surface, this conversation underscored the significance of inclusivity in our workplace. “Opening discussion and embracing neurodiversity in the workplace fosters better understanding and communication.
