What a great campaign delivering such an important message #doitforher
We all have a responsibility to keep her flame burning bright. To make sure 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 girl dreams big, knowing that her spark is worth protecting. By just FIVE years old, many girls begin to doubt their capabilities, underestimate their potential and lose faith in themselves. They start to believe they’re not as good as boys and feel less than. The unconscious bias of society extinguishes their dreams. This #InternationalDayOfTheGirl, we urge you to Reflect. Challenge. Advocate. It’s unacceptable to let this culture persist - one where girls feel like they don’t belong in sport. In 2024, do we really accept the inequality in sport? The lack of opportunity for girls?! It’s time demand change and #DoItForHer Every one of us carries unconscious biases that hold girls back, whispering “No, not you.” Yet the fire in her heart asks, “Why not?” 1 in 2 girls drop out of sport by age 20. Girls feel they don’t belong. But we must close this gap and help her see beyond limitations. When the world is silent, even one voice can be powerful. 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 voice has the power to change 𝗛𝗘𝗥 future. It’s up to each of us to keep her flame alive. Challenge the status quo, demand change, and believe in her. When we do, she can light up the world. #DoItForHer How can you help? 1.
