  • How can external data sharpen an Employee Value Proposition (EVP)? IDEMIA is a global leader in cryptography and secure transactions, with around 10,000 employees worldwide. Their team wanted to gain a deeper understanding of their EVP, helping them attract and retain top talent while benchmarking their positioning against competitors. With Welliba's EXcelerate, IDEMIA was able to: benchmark its EVP against key competitors, uncover blind spots in its employer messaging, and refine its corporate positioning on LinkedIn and its website, without surveys. • A testimonial graphic featuring a quote from Dave Kowal, Chief People Officer at IDEMIA, about the EXcelerate solution. The quote states: 'The EXcelerate solution provided us with a wealth of information to further sharpen our Employee Value Proposition messaging. The insights and recommendations we received were clear and detailed, but not to the point of becoming overwhelming.' The text is styled with bold and italic formatting to emphasize key phrases. The IDEMIA logo is displayed at the top, and the design incorporates a modern layout with abstract shapes in shades of blue, orange, and white. A circular profile picture of Dave Kowal is placed in the bottom right corner, along with his name and title in blue text.
