“Commitment is only as powerful as the actions that follow. Building on the theme for this year ‘Take Action Make Impact’, our Business Resource Groups organised multiple activities for National Inclusion Week. Over 300 colleagues participated in events and workshops to listen and learn about critical topics such as autism in the workplace, measures we are taking to tackle racial injustices and inclusive interviewing behaviours. Inclusion to me is a ‘sense of belonging’ and I am hugely proud of our inclusive organisation where I always feel welcome, safe and heard’.
