C Change is ULI Europe's programme to decarbonise the real estate industry. More than a programme, it's a movement empowering stakeholders across all disciplines to work together for a reduction in GHGs and a sustainable future. It connects the brightest minds from across the RE value chain. The 2024 C Change Summit is in Barcelona on 17th October and brings together global leaders and innovators in the transition to net zero carbon in real estate and the built environment. It's where the brightest, the best and most motivated RE sustainability leaders come together. For more information on this year's Summit go to https://lnkd.in/eUg4kcqG or contact Ireland@ULI.org

It was great to hear from Tom Ascough from Symphony Energy at our latest ULI Ireland Lunch and Learn event at IPUT Real Estate Dublin’s ‘Making it Work’ auditorium today. Symphony Energy are worthy winners of the UK and Ireland heat of this year’s ULI Europe PropTech Innovation Challenge (#PIC) and we wish them every success in the European leg of the competition in September. It was great to hear from Tom about how their innovative technology solution can help organisations to achieve their Net Zero commitments, significantly improve the energy performance of buildings and generate cost savings. #sustainability

Another great turnout for the ULI Ireland Site Visit to Newmarket Yards in Dublin 8. It's only when you see, touch & feel the quality of such a high quality development that you fully appreciate what's on offer. The amenity and shared spaces are very large and bedrooms are spacious. A really contemporary, high quality experience surrounded by the heritage, culture and all that Dublin 8 has to offer. Many thanks to Eoghan Kearney of Carrowmore Property for hosting the visit together with Alastair Q. of Bain Capital, Reddy Architecture + Urbanism and Richard McDonagh

The event gathered 800+ real estate professionals to provide insightful discussions on #macroeconomics, #geopolitics, #ESG, #leadership and much more. Our excellent Conference Moderator Prof Greg Clark CBE FAcSS provided his 10 key reflections from the conference, highlighting Europe-wide questions about economic recovery, leadership in the face of a crisis, and the changing face of our urban spaces.
