Don't use SOSH

I subscribed to fibre in my new house. The guy installed the optical socket behind the fridge which was clearly hopeless. I've got the livebox hanging in mid air and I can't plug in the phone. He said he didn't have time to move it but that someone would return within a couple of days to move it. Needless to say I heard nothing. So I've contacted customer services numerous times and arranged 2 further visits but no one has come. Customer services continue to fob me off. It's been 3 weeks with no phone and an internet connection that is likely to fail at any time. Pathetic.

Horrible company

Horrible company, apart from a horrible customer service I became a client there for less than 15 euros per month. When I decided to quit with them I received a nice bill of 130 euros, although I did not use my Sosh card for 2 months. You never know what bill they’re gonna give you. Stay away from this pathetic excuse of a company!!!

Sosh is a horrible experience

Sosh is a horrible experience. The notion of service is inexistant. The service is organized by ill programmed robots and from time to time a non-robot telling you you will be transferred to ... another robot.
The customer is a nuisance. To avoid at all times.

Appalling customer service

Really poor service once you are up and running. Despite telling them my wall was being demolished and I needed a new line (which I was happy to pay for) they insisted they could not install anew line until my service was cut off. And I was told that SOSH does not accept customer feedback or complaints.

the service provided by Sosh is dismal

Ordered 1 mobile contract very easily. Then I was asked to provide all sorts of additional documents only available to French residents. Ended up canceling my order. Since then, I have been dealing with the only customer service available which is the Chat: terrible service, complete nonsense, they are not even capable of honouring their own deadline for the reimbursement. This is a company to avoid at any cost

Don't do it! Sosh is rubbish!

I was an Orange customer that transferred to Sosh when I left France, so I can use my French mobile within the EU. HA! Why bother...Don't ever do it! Sosh is absolute rubbish. Pathetic service. Orange have set this up purely to profit from without actually delivering a service. It's despicable to treat customers this way.
No one can call me within The Netherlands...it goes to a recorded message that I am not available at the moment...and no, I don't have voice mail activated.

A totally incompetent thieving company

A totally incompetent thieving company, 2 and a half weeks of intermittent connections, appointment of technical pseudo experts never honored, they take all your money and they charge you 50 euros for leaving them. By any standard this is like Free.fr a company whose rules are designed to steal from you without providing ANY service.

Dishonest customer service, slow fibre

Their fibre connection is too slow to allow you to wath movies on Friday or Saturday evenings.
They damaged my house when they installed fibre optic cable. I have contacted them 5 times and each time they say it has been elevated to “un niveau superieure” and it will be resolved in two weeks. They have done nothing in 8 months. Totally unacceptable.

Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience. They really put me in the crap because their system isn't working properly. Closing your line for no reason at the worst times.
13 Euros per mb of roaming.... I've never felt so ripped off. And the service is only chat and extremely unhelpful/disrespectful.
STAY AWAY!

A company divided

It seems there is an internecine war within Sosh between Sales (generally helpful and polite) and Accounts (extremely rude, aggressive and unhelpful).

Accounts refused to honour the offer made to us by Sales, and as we declined to pay the extra charges invoiced, Accounts have cut our service. For some reason (the war?) it seems impossible for Sales to call Accounts and sort out problems.

Any reasonable company which wanted to attract and retain customers would first try to counsel their horrible Accounts staff, and then show them the door.

Unfortunately, I could not recommend Sosh to anyone because of these problems.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Impossible to contact them to change a mistake. Once you are client you don't have any advantage. They make you pay a whole month for one day use! Don't use them!!! Go to B&U service customer is way better!!!!

customer support very hard to reach

I've been trying to reach them for two days and their live chat has been down ever since, with virtually no workable fallback. Very disappointed. I've never come across such poor service with the competition.

There are no words (not printable, anyway!)

Sept 18 - picked up new Livebox4, with a rdv with a technician arranged for 23 sept to put in a new line for our little maison secondaire. Nobody came! Now, over a month since that day, we are STILL without! I've been on 'chat' nearly every day (and recorded the conversations!!) - every one of the 'experts' have said something different, apart from the promise of it being resolved within 72 hours! HAHAHAHA - not a chance. This evening's 'chat' will be to ask how to cancel the contract that never was!!
I will give them one last chance - thanks to 'Jess' just now, who seems to be OK - we'll see!

A little plus in their favour - I have my mobile with them & (touch wood) no problem with that.

I concur with other people here

I concur with other people here. Don't use Sosh they have zero respect for their customers. You know you are dealing with a poor company when their telephone staff are immediately rude and abrupt with you.
I changed to my ISP to Sosh from Bouygues Telecom to reduce my bill. Started having problems with unstable connection from day one. They said an engineer would be sent and told me to ignore messages that I would be charged as that would not be the case. An engineer called me, never came near our house, said there wasn't an issue but it might be caused if we used CPL(not the case). The connection was still faulty. Then I got a message saying the engineer determined the problem was with my equipment (even though he never entered the property or came near the house). I called and was assured that no charge would be applied. Sure enough I charge was applied to our first bill. Now I have to make a case to reclaim the charge.
Do not use this service it is appalling. SOSH.fr a votre écoute. Absolutely not the case.
