Don't use SOSH
I subscribed to fibre in my new house. The guy installed the optical socket behind the fridge which was clearly hopeless. I've got the livebox hanging in mid air and I can't plug in the phone. He said he didn't have time to move it but that someone would return within a couple of days to move it. Needless to say I heard nothing. So I've contacted customer services numerous times and arranged 2 further visits but no one has come. Customer services continue to fob me off. It's been 3 weeks with no phone and an internet connection that is likely to fail at any time. Pathetic.
