This week's update: we're about to release our new Delivery Manager app. Up until now, the same up was used by the business manager and the delivery manager (dispatcher), but the dispatcher's functionality grew so massive, that we had to make a separate app out of it. Small change big difference - this week, we improved our online ordering system by adding an ability to set "Sold by weight" for certain menu items. Once this option is selected a customer is warned that the final weight of the product may vary and that additional charge may apply. The seller at the same time has an ability to adjust the final weight so that the customer would automatically be charged the difference. #onlineordering #delivapp

You can work in a mode where new orders are automatically added to the drivers already on route (given they are aligned with the existing route). But if before the driver did not have to confirm the new order, now they have to review and hit the Confirm button. This helps to make sure there are no missed or late orders when delivering many orders at once. Another week, another improvement in our platform. Now, the customers who use our Online Ordering system, can fully control what Businesses under their account can see and do in the Business app. Here's the list of toggles from the picture, along with explanations for each: ✅ Require confirmation for scheduled orders. When enabled, this option will require confirmation before processing any scheduled orders, adding an additional layer of control. ✅ Always show customer's phone If enabled, this will ensure that the customer's phone number is always displayed to the businesses. ✅ Hide customer's name When enabled, this option will hide the customer's name from being visible in the order details. ✅ Always show customer's address This option, when turned on, will ensure that the customer's address is always displayed in the order details, necessary for delivery operations. ✅ Show delivery price If enabled, this toggle will display the delivery price associated with each order. ✅ Show driver tip This option will display the tip amount given to the driver, if applicable, when it is enabled. ✅ Show ETA for next pickup only When turned on, this will display the estimated time of arrival (ETA) only for the next pickup in the sequence, rather than all upcoming pickups. ✅ Show global discount info This option will show information about any global discounts that apply to the order, when enabled. ✅ Show top-up to minimum If this toggle is turned on, it will display any top-up amount needed to meet a minimum order value. ✅ Do not allow assistance order creation Enabling this option will prevent the creation of orders that require assistance (e.g. outside of the delivery zone). ✅ Show service fee When enabled, this option will display any service fees associated with the order. ✅ Time that precedes the display of a scheduled order in the list of all orders This field specifies the amount of time, in minutes, before a scheduled order is shown in the list of all orders, allowing for better preparation and organization. Welcome the new addition to our Loyalty Program: Multi-Use Vouchers. Now, your customers can use vouchers until they spend their entire amount (or until the validity date expires, whichever happens first). This means that if someone received a $100 voucher and they can/want to only spent $18 of it, they can use the remaining $82 for other purchases until the voucher expires. And of course, you are the one controlling the vouchers expiry date as well as percentage of the order that can be paid with the voucher.
