Meet Production Manager Gabriel Vaturri and hear what he has to say about working at Endoron! 1. What inspired you to join Endoron Medical? I was inspired to join Endoron Medical because of its dedication to advancing medical technology and improving patient outcomes. I wanted to be part of a team making a meaningful difference in people's lives. The collaborative culture and the focus on professional development were exactly what I was looking for in a workplace. 2. What are some of your key responsibilities? As a Production Manager at Endoron, I’m responsible for overseeing the whole production process to make sure our products are manufactured efficiently. This includes managing production schedules, keeping workflows optimized, ensuring quality control, and working with suppliers to keep the supply chain running smoothly. Additionally, I work closely with our team to implement process improvements and ensure that production targets align with business goals. 3. What do you enjoy most about your role? What I enjoy most about my role is that every day is different, and I’m constantly learning and adapting to new circumstances. It’s also rewarding to know that what we’re doing here helps bring life-saving technologies to the market, and working with a talented and passionate team makes it even better. 4. What is your previous work experience? Before joining Endoron Medical, I gained valuable experience as a Senior Medical Device Technician in both R&D and manufacturing sectors. My previous position allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the product development and manufacturing processes, as well as the critical role of a stable supply chain. I have worked on optimizing production workflows, improving operational efficiency, and identifying key suppliers. 5. What advice would you give to someone pursuing a similar role to yours? My advice to anyone pursuing a role in production management in the medical field is to always focus on continuous improvement. The medical industry requires precision and strong attention to detail. Meet Aviv Lilov, Endoron Medical’s R&D Mechanical Engineer, and hear what he has to say about working with us! ⭕What inspired you to join Endoron Medical? With both of my parents being doctors, the medical field has always appealed to me. Joining Endoron Medical has been a perfect way to merge my mechanical engineering background with my passion for healthcare. What are some of your key responsibilities? ⭕My key responsibilities include conducting R&D experiments, planning and executing jigs, updating technical drawings, reviewing patient CT scans, and producing specific patient silicon models to simulate the procedure. ⭕What do you enjoy most about your role? What I enjoy most is the vibrant, youthful atmosphere and the hands-on approach to development. Being actively involved in creating innovative solutions and working closely with a dynamic team makes each day exciting and rewarding. ⭕What advice would you give to someone pursuing a similar role to yours?
