The Good Food Institute Israel פרסם מחדש את זה
Last week, I had the best time speaking at the SynBio conference hosted by Ontario Genomics in Toronto, representing The Good Food Institute Israel! I spoke with Masami Takeuchi about innovative regulations in a fireside chat and shared some key takeaways on ecosystem building in a panel together with with Cindy Gerhardt and Rodrigo Arancibia from the Office of Life Science. My two main messages were: 💡Ecosystems and innovation are not just about startups; they can be found throughout the alternative protein value chain. 💡Every country can find its unique role in the future global food system, based on its legacy and assets. Want to hear more about how to do this? Read here: https://lnkd.in/ebvsxvgA I want to thank the entire Ontario Genomics team for the invitation to speak and engage with the growing Canadian ecosystem. A special thank you to Elaine Corbett and Luana Langlois Fiorotto for the amazing hospitality—it was inspiring to see how well-organized this conference was.
