Today, the entire Glilot team gathered for an incredible offsite filled with learning, sharing and connecting. 💪 💙 We kicked things off with Nofar Amikam, who set the stage with our goals for the day: 1. Breaking Silos 2. Team collaboration 3. And of course.. fun! Then, Gali Bloch Liran took us through a meaningful session on strengthening team connections and the importance of mindfulness. It was a powerful reminder that when we share ideas and support one another, we can achieve remarkable things together. In the afternoon, we had the opportunity to hear updates from each department and got all the top tips for employee advocacy on social media from Zoe Bermant. This was followed by a fascinating presentation on Gen AI from Shira Weinberg Harel. A huge shoutout to everyone who made the day special: Monica Cohenca and Miri Cohen for organizing today.
