On the eve of the war’s national memorial day, we had the privilege of hosting Aviva and Shir Sigal in our office. Aviva was kidnapped from her home in Kfar Gaza on October 7th and was released after 51 days in captivity. Aviva recounted her personal story and told us of her husband Keith, who is still being held by Hamas in Gaza. We would like to thank Aviva and Shir for their candor. We promise to continue to assist in any way we can, and to do everything in our power to keep the public eye on the abductees, until they are all released. In addition to Aviva's lecture, we hosted a fascinating photo exhibition of works by the Hollywood team of photographers who were conscripted to capture images in Gaza.

Flow is a resident-focused real estate company providing innovative residential solutions. This cross-border transaction creates a strategic collaboration between the parties to pursue and develop real estate projects outside of Israel, beginning in the US. The Herzog team was led by our Corporate & Securities department Head Nir Dash and partner Ron Ben-Menachem, associate Ofek Galipoliti and intern Ann Prashkovsky. A shout-out to Canada's Global counsel Shimonov & Co.

We optimize IPOs! Herzog's Corporate & Securities department represented Energy Infrastructures Ltd. a government owned company, in its first public bond issuance (IPO), which raised NIS 500,000,000. This successful issuance, which enjoyed incredibly high demand and constituted the first IPO by a governmental company in the past years, is intended to finance a series of strategic investments by the company, including an investment in the functional continuity project which is meant to guarantee energy security to the Israeli market in general, and during emergencies in particular. Herzog's team deftly represented the company across multiple regulatory agencies, such as the Israel Securities Authority, the Government Companies Authority, the Ministry of Justice, the Accountant General, the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and others. The issuance was led by our partner Yehuda Aharoni (Hommfor), our associates Ron Cohen and Ori Oren and our interns Danielle Janeli and Karin Vaknin. Read more: https://lnkd.in/eAwKdYrw
