🚨 The latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) results reveal that 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, scoring just 75 out of 100 and ranking among the bottom nine industries. While Rocket Mortgage leads with a score of 80, many lenders are falling short, especially regarding handling customer complaints, fees, and the overall mortgage experience. With 26% of customers reporting complaints and only 66% satisfaction for those who do, it’s clear there’s a pressing need for improvement.
