Post-acquisition, Osher Shalev and Lia Weiner-Tsur will transition into full-time executive roles at the acquired company, driving its long term growth and success. How we do it: Kerem is backed by world class investors and operators, including ambit partners, TTCER Partners, Cerralvo Capital, BK Growth, Hunter Search Capital, Liberty Search Ventures , Brown Robin Partners, as well as experienced Israeli business advisors including Yoram Tietz, Liat Aaronson, Gideon Argov, and Omer Ben Shach. Our investors are committed to assisting us in finding and acquiring a business, and will take on active board roles to help us steer the acquired company towards growth and success. What are we looking for: a consistently profitable, medium-sized Israeli business, doing at least $1M+ EBITDA. We are industry-agnostic, so could be anything from Fire Protection Installation Services, to ERP Software for Physical Therapy Clinics - key is that we find a great, stable business, where the owner is looking to transition, and that we can see a path to scaling and growing. What we offer business owners: an “exit” to a caring buyer - we are looking to take on an active management role at the company, so the owner will gradually be able to transition out and pursue their next dream! Far beyond a financial transaction, we are looking for our new home for the coming years.
