We've developed a ground-breaking enhancement platform for sweet, salty, and spicy natural tastes, based on our patented technology that increases the intensity of tastes x10. The technology is being used by food manufacturers to significantly enhance the taste of natural sugar, salt, and spices, cutting the unhealthy use of them in food products without any impact on their natural taste or texture. O’Sweet Chocolate & Hazelnut and Halva spreads and syrups are O’Taste’s flagship products, branded Barely in the US market. They contain 80% less sugar compared to the world’s popular sweet spreads and syrups. The spread is offered for sale directly to the consumer and available for purchase on our website and at health food stores (Israel distribution only). Our second product – O'Salt, is currently in an advanced development stage, aimed at reducing sodium in food by increasing the salty taste x10 times. We currently have two more applications in different stages of development on the O’Taste taste enhancement platform: O'Live which is a salty olive oil, and O'Spice which enhances flavor and extends the shelf life of spices. O'Sweet and O'Salt contain no chemicals, no artificial sweeteners, and no aftertaste. O’Taste is a subsidiary of Omega Galilee which was founded in 2004 and serves as O’Taste’s product manufacturer.
