Thank you to over 1,500 Israelis who joined our emergency Zoom meeting this yesterday! We invite you to take part in our call for a wide united government at Q4’s emergency gathering, which will take place this Wednesday at 80 Rokach street, Tel Aviv. 🔹 The venue is a short walk from the Tel Aviv University train station. How do we even begin to summarize such a successful event? This week, we held an event as part of our Network Project for professionals in the high-tech industry, with 150 participants—new Olim, Vatikim, and native Israelis. The goal was to help new Olim integrate into the Israeli job market by creating a network of connections and opportunities. We all know how challenging Aliyah can be, and one of the main obstacles is finding a job. Despite their professional experience, Olim often struggle to integrate due to a lack of connections. 🤝 It was truly moving to see people step up and engage in 1:1 conversations with new Olim. Every participant left with at least two significant connections that could help them in their professional field! In addition, we held a discussion about the shared Israeli story that unites us all, and we talked about what could bring people together and improve our society. The feedback we received was incredibly touching:  📌 "I made so many meaningful connections and met amazing people!"  📌 "Thanks to all the organizers and participants—it was incredible!"  📌 "I received so much relevant information and important connections that will help me in the future."  📌 "I've been living in Israel for 20 years, and this is the first time I attended such an event—everyone I met was fascinating." Last night, I had the privilege of participating in an incredibly inspiring evening as part of the Network Project. Together with Q4 - The Fourth Quarter הרבעון הרביעי, One Million Lobby לובי המיליון, Tel Aviv Municipality, and Gvahim, we kicked off a series of events aimed at connecting Olim from Russia and Ukraine, who have arrived in the past two years, with local Israeli hi-tech professionals. Integrating Olim into our society is a mission of profound importance. Seeing nearly 150 people come together last night to build bridges and weave the Israeli story, even as division and polarization deepen outside, was not just a ray of light—it was a beacon of hope.
