World Mental Health Day 2024 World Mental Health Day 2024 urges people to take stock and prioritise collective wellbeing. This year’s official theme, “It is Time to Prioritise Mental Health in the Workplace,” highlights the importance of fostering supportive work environments. We were delighted to be joined by Gareth Nicholson of Isle Listen last week who provided enjoyable and informative sessions on The Stress Bucket for World Mental Health Day and Workplace Mental Health. GROUP ELEVEN provided staff with a wonderful healthy lunch and engaged in fun activities including a World Mental Health Day Quiz. The lucky winner of our World Mental Health Day Quiz won a Willow Spa Voucher. Thank you to all who involved in arranging the activities as well as #IsleListen

Five riders represent Manx squad in Northumberland Cycling Club Isle of Man (CC IoM) returned to action over the weekend with five riders taking on two highly contested meetings in Northumberland. Three men's competitors - Marcus Christie, Corrin Leeming and Callum Salisbury - represented the Manx squad at Sunday's Beaumont Trophy whilst the duo of Ruby Oakes and Sophie Smith were the women's athletes taking on the Curlew Cup race on the same day. In the Beaumont Trophy, Marcus Christie was the first CC IoM jersey to cross the line in 31st place, some 29 seconds behind race winner Oliver Rees of Sabgal-Anicolor Cycling Team. Callum Salisbury claimed 50th place. Well done to all our riders.  #CCIOM
