Why "1702" Digital? While our clients know exactly why - here's our open secret. Well, so much for creativity but we were registered on 17-02-2017 😅 But it doesn't end there of course. Just reporting on engagement numbers on social and calling ourselves "intersection of data and creativity" didn't sit well with Mihir Joshi CFA and me. We really wanted to bring in sophisticated flavours of analytics and numbers (1702) to creativity on a daily basis. While in principle it sounded all fancy and stuff, executing it daily required us to do ever-evolving R&D on internal tools and processes for years. Here's a glimpse of our internal tool used by our social media teams to measure creative effectiveness across platforms, content formats, best performing vernacular language relative to funnel stages, lengths of formats and so on. A way ahead report is then generated basis all these learnings. As a part of our social media management and branding media mandate, this data mining exercise in the snapshot is done for a pan India BPC retail giant with over 175 stores across India. (Humble brag alert 😛 : One of the Big 4 consultancies told us they'd want to white label our content management processes and sell for 300x the price 😅) While our 1702 Digital page periodically shares detailed case studies of insightful work across social media, SEO and media and UI UX, just proud of what our team executes day on day to actually shape decisions which impact digital traffic, offline footfalls and eventually, bottomline.
