One of the goals of Tata 1mg has been to make quality healthcare accessible to more people. To enable this, we built (and continue to rebuild) supply chains and technology to provide high quality end to end customer experiences. Over the past couple of years we’ve also started to offer these experiences to partners who want to offer high quality, affordable care to their stakeholders. Today we run more than 300 active partnerships. These partnerships include companies that offer health and wellness employee benefits, insurance companies that offer annual health checks, healthcare startups that want to offer home collection services to their customers, or manufacturing companies that offer on-site Occupational Health Centers to their employees. The list goes on! Our tech is flexible and customizable. Partners can integrate via APIs or use plug-and-play solutions for an app-in-app experience. Our services can cater to use-cases such as eligibility rules, exception criteria, co-pay, wallet amongst others. We are becoming, in some small way, the Healthcare Operating System for the country.
