Urgently Looking for a System Administrator (I.T Manager) Job description ·        Manage and administer Linux and Windows servers, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security. ·        Experience in Design, implement, and maintain in AWS cloud environments (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.) ·        Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, and key processes (Nagios, Zabbix, Cloud Watch). ·        Collaborate with development teams to deploy new applications and updates. ·        Automate routine tasks through scripting and configuration management tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell). ·        Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and implement security best practices. ·        Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults. ·        Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures. ·        Deploying & Managing LAN and WAN. ·        Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associate problems. ·        Providing online and on-site support to users. ·        Monitoring the network links and take-up a suitable action by collecting the appropriate information and interacting with the network team/vendor in time, so that there would be no productivity loss on site. In our recent conversation with Ajay, he took us back to the origins of 5nance and inspired us with his personal stories and experiences. The first thing we asked him about was what sparked the idea of starting 5nance. To which he answered, “The idea of 5nance was Dinesh Rohira’s brainchild. It originated from one of his projects during his time with Microsoft. I personally loved the thought of making a material difference in people’s lives through financial products.” Further, we asked him how he feels about completing 14 years with Dinesh and the team. “It’s been truly exciting!” the co-founder responded, beaming with pride. “Even through the toughest days, the team has stuck together for years. Practically, the entire senior management team has been with us for more than 10 years now.” When we asked him about the challenges he faced while building 5nance, he said, “I would count and recall two of them. Fundraising challenges, especially when you are just at the pinnacle of expanding in GP, and the other one - calibrating to market dynamics with respect to changes in commission structures. But I think, all happens for the good.
