Labor Law amendment in India ! Effective 1st July Few great points to be considered by every salaried person. Do not ignore. Its going to affect all employees in positive way ! In short it says - 1. Basic salary of any employee to be 50 per cent of the gross salary. It means PF contributions of the employee and employer will increase. Take @ home salary will decrease for some employees. But its better for employees as retirement contribution increases. 2. Employees would get the flexibility to cash out the unused annual leaves. Current law only allowed employees to cash out unused leaves upon separation 3. Payment of salary to an employee getting separated from the organization for whatever reason (resignation or termination) be made within two working days of his or her exit. Employee law could not be better ! Nothing for owners ! Still I support the policy as any employer in India would do. #Happy employees is the key to #success ! #labourlaw

Its a real bad to see wrong people are following me. So sad for Hardik,
Watch yesterday's(12th Sep 2023) India Shri Lanka cricket match. There was a turning point where it was almost decided who is going to win. Thats a point of ultimate stress where failure is certain in future & even if no extra force is applied. Stress and strain are used loosely in everyday business vocabulary. I have an instance to explain it in a layman (non-engineering) language. Stress strain is a term in engineering. No offense to non-engineers. Do not get offended by a bracket close to layman. I feel it was #hardikpandya who played a real team play pushing Shri Lanka to a point of ultimate stress! He did it by giving almost no run-in consecutive overs & plus he was successful in giving 1 run on a last ball of crucial 2 overs. It was not a fault. It was his ultimate design. Stike was rotated to nonperforming batsman in a next over. Obviously, it was a next over bowler who could do a clean sweep by removing the low-end batsmen. No doubt Kuldeep did a good job in picking up 2 wickets. Hardik could have tried desperately to get the wicket. But he did not. It was important to maintain pressure. People do not remember what's happened in the middle. Obviously, I am not referring to Hardik Pandya fans. I am not taking out credit of everyone else. I only mean every team should have a team player like Hardik Pandya. Who creates the ultimate stress!
