Scientists successfully 3D printed a small-scale heart using human cells. In 2019, scientists from Tel Aviv University successfully 3D printed a small-scale heart using human cells. This heart included blood vessels, ventricles, and chambers, and was made from cells derived from a patient's own tissue. The aim was to demonstrate a proof of concept for printing personalized organs that could eventually be used for transplants. However, it's important to note that this heart was very small, roughly the size of a rabbit's heart, and not yet suitable for human transplant. The achievement represents a significant step toward creating fully functional, transplantable organs, but there is still a long way to go before such 3D-printed organs can be used in clinical settings. Let your meals be balanced, combining all six tastes—sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent—to satisfy your senses and nourish your being. Avoid foods that are overly processed, too spicy, or laden with artificial ingredients, for they disturb the harmony of your body and mind. Such tamasic and rajasic foods cloud your consciousness, leading to imbalance and disease. On How Much to Eat: Moderation is the key to health and longevity. Eat to satisfy your hunger, but not to fill your stomach to its brim. Leave a portion of your belly empty, for overeating burdens the body and mind, leading to lethargy and discontent. As the Gita says, "He who is temperate in his habits of eating and recreation, in his efforts for work and sleep, will attain the yoga that destroys all sorrow."
