Our team Ms Vikas Jain, Navin Kumar and Nikhil Fernandes successfully represented a MIG Flat allottee against the Delhi Development Authority before the Delhi High Court. The Allottee had approached the High Court seeking allotment letter qua a plot allotted to him under the Rohini Residential scheme, 1981. The allottee was attempting to get the physical allotment since 43 years without any success.
