🚀 We're Hiring at Aluvision Facade Solutions Private Limited! At AFS, we are a steadily growing, multidisciplinary firm offering consulting, engineering, QAQC, facade PMC services, and bespoke system design. With a team of over 40 design professionals, we provide services PAN India and have more than a decade of experience, delivering innovative solutions for over 140+ projects. If you're passionate about transforming architectural facades and shaping the future, we want you on our team! We are currently looking for talented individuals for the following positions: 1. Architect (1-2 years experience) * Passion for external building envelopes * Proficient in Rhino-Grasshopper, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software * Strong conceptual and technical design skills 2. Facade Designers (Min 2 years industry experience) * Experience in facade design and detailing * Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or related software * Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams 3. Facade Documentation Controller (Min 1 year industry experience) * Experience in managing documentation for facade projects * Attention to detail and proficiency in document control systems * Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control processes 4. CAD Technician (1-2 years experience) * Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools * Ability to prepare technical drawings and details for facade systems * Experience in working with architects and engineers 5. Sustainability Engineers * Hands-on experience with daylight and shadow analysis * Knowledge of energy efficiency principles in facade design * Passion for sustainability and green building standards 6. BMU Engineers (Mechanical Engineers) * Background in designing or working with Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) * Mechanical engineering degree with relevant industry experience * Strong understanding of facade access and maintenance systems 7. Facade Lighting Engineer * Expertise in facade lighting systems and controls * Experience in integrating lighting with architectural facades * Proficient in lighting analysis tools and software (e.g., DIALux, Relux) * Ability to design energy-efficient, aesthetic lighting solutions 8. Facade Structural Engineers * Experience in structural analysis and design of facade systems * Proficient in structural design software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS) * Ability to ensure structural integrity and performance of facade systems * Knowledge of building codes and facade safety standards Join our team and contribute to some of the most exciting facade consultancy projects in India!
