Moong Dal & Vegetable Soup is a healthy & high-fibre meal that’s tasty & nutritious. Here’s the recipe instructions- Rinse the moong dal thoroughly and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker or a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add grated ginger, turmeric, and pepper. Stir for a few seconds.
