It’s Diwali and our office is lit up with fun, laughter, decorations, and the camaraderie of our team coming together. It’s one of those proud moments for us at Arena Consultants when our long-standing client partners, Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. (SCIL), acquired the Heubach Group, a German company, to expand their global footprint. We’ve been associated with the SCIL conglomerate for about a decade now, and in all honesty, this win feels personal to us. We are thrilled with SCIL’s progress and sincerely congratulate them for taking this big leap. We are certain the merger will lead to the formation of a global pigment company with a variety of products. Back in 2022, the Heubach Group and SK Capital Partners took over Clariant’s (a Swiss company) pigments business, bringing our collaboration with the Clariant-Heubach-SCIL trio full circle. Ironically, we’ve designed facilities for all three companies, namely: - R&D centre for Clariant in 2013, - R&D centre for Sudarshan Chemicals in 2016, and - R&D centre for Heubach in 2023. The team at Arena is excited to witness how this acquisition enhances SCIL’s market presence in Europe, the Americas, and beyond.
