Drafting of Minutes of Meetings of Board Meeting and General Meetings; 3. Drafting of various resolutions accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and rules there under; 4. File various statutory forms & returns with Ministry of Corporate Affairs; 5. Maintaining Statutory Registers as required under the Companies Act, 2013; 6. Allotment of shares under Right Issue and Private Placement under the Companies Act, 2013; 7. ESOP Compliances; 8. Secretarial Due Diligence; 9. Incorporation of a Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, Section 8 Company and subsidiary company of a foreign company in India; 10. Handling the assignment of Change of Name of the company, Change of Object Clause of MOA, Increase Authorised Share Capital under Companies Act, 2013; 11. Handling the assignment of Strike off the Company under section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013; 12. Handling the assignment of conversion of Company from Private Limited to Public Limited and vice a versa; 13. Handling the assignment of Creation, Modification & Satisfaction of Charges; 14. Liasioning with officials of Registrar of Companies (ROC), Registry of Trade Mark, Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Reserve Bank of India, Registrar & Transfer Agent (R&TA), Bankers, Auditors etc.; 15. Other day to day secretarial work of the company as per requirement of clients 16.
