MMR region has witnessed its highest property registration in the ongoing festive season. According to Anarock’s latest report, the Diwali month (October 2024) saw a record 11,861 property registrations in Mumbai against 9,736 in the Diwali '23 month (November). This is a 22 per cent jump this Diwali over last year. Amit Jain, CMD, Arkade Developers stated, "There is a visible shift to affluent living, where luxury homes are preferred over their counterparts. Key locations like Vile Parle, Andheri, Santacruz, Goregaon, Thane, Mulund, and Bhandup are witnessing exponential sales. We are extremely optimistic that the Diwali season will boost sales further. We've had a fantastic October month with the launch of Arkade Rare and our sales figures are a testament to the increasing popularity of our projects."
