What sets MOSAIC apart is not just its vision but its symbol—a logo inspired by mosaic artwork, designed with irregularly sized pieces similar to the uneven TAAS™ value bricks. This signifies that at Ather, nobody has to conform to a predefined pattern. Each piece, each individual at Ather contributes to our success not by fitting into a mold, but by adding their unique piece to our collective mosaic. The MOSAIC wordmark, set in Neurial Grotesk, mirrors Ather's design ethos of simplicity and clarity. Yet, within its simplicity lies a profound representation of what MOSAIC stands for. The word ‘MOSAIC’ is put in brackets to hint at inclusiveness and to show that all the letters are part of a single unit. The opening and closing brackets themselves are different from each other, hinting at diversity. The ‘a’ in MOSAIC uses a lowercase version, while the other letters are uppercase, standing equally tall and significant as the rest. What are your thoughts on the design?? Step into a room where it's totally okay to just be yourself—worries, joys, and everything in between. That's what it felt like at The Boring Conference's latest session. With some prodding from psychologist Tanvi Nair, we went beyond the surface, answering tough questions about mental health and the silence that often surrounds it. During the session, we peeled back the layers on how society views mental health and how we, as individuals, navigate our own mental health challenges. Tanvi led us through exercises that were not just engaging but also made us pause and think about our own experiences with mental health, our strengths, and the hurdles we face. This session was a significant step toward changing how we discuss and view mental health at Ather, stressing the importance of open and honest conversations, no matter how daunting they may seem. The highlight of the session was the openness of our team members who stepped forward to share their personal stories. Here's to more understanding, less stigma, and stronger connections as we continue our journey toward better mental health together. At Ather, our team’s well-being is a top priority. That’s why we are pleased to strengthen this commitment through our partnership with YourDOST, a key component of our Employee Assistance Program. Meet Anooj Joseph, an avid Ather fan turned innovator! Up next on our #InnovatorSpotlight series, we celebrate Anooj Joseph's remarkable journey from being an Ather enthusiast to an indispensable member of our team and a proud owner of an Ather 450X. Around three years ago, Anooj joined us to be the story filled with dreams and determination. His interview? It was one for the records. When Anooj presented his impressive portfolio—including eight groundbreaking internships while still managing his coursework in the seventh semester of his undergraduate program—the hiring manager instantly recognised Anooj's unique blend of ambition and skill. Beyond the classroom, Anooj had already started carving a niche for himself, actively involved in SUPRA SAE as part of his Formula student college team, where his passion for automotive engineering took root. Today, Anooj has successfully filed eight patents  related to charging infrastructure and vehicle subsystems, covering areas from mechanical design to electrical and firmware development. And he's not stopping there—more innovations are on the way. Through his dedication and creativity, Anooj embodies Ather's spirit of pushing boundaries and striving for moonshots. Meet Vivek Bisht, a logistic planner, who just raised the bar high on our TAAS Wall of Fame. Vivek is the go-to example when we talk about 'Move Fast and Don't Break Things.' His exceptional support during the critical phase of relocating our aftermarket warehouse helped us move fast and achieve this project seamlessly. Nominated by his colleague, Ashwin S from the Logistics team, Vivek's knack for ensuring continuity of operations, especially during the critical setup of our new warehouse operations system, showcases the power of quick action coupled with thoughtful planning. Vivek and his team’s consistent presence at the new site for nearly a month guaranteed a smooth transition in response to our growing business demands. A nod here, a win there and suddenly its a standout moment for Ather — with not just one, but five wins at the 2024 Kyoorius Design Awards. 🐘🏆 Ather Rizta, Ather 450 Apex, the Ather Mobile App, our smart helmet Halo, and the 450 Apex website received nominations across different categories. It felt like a friendly competition among siblings when Rizta, Apex, and Halo went head-to-head for the Product category. While the Rizta, mobile app, the 450 Apex website, and the 450 Apex took home baby elephants, the star of the show was Ather Halo, which grabbed the Blue Elephant award by the tusks. It's moments like these that remind us why we do what we do. It's not just about the hardware we bring; it's the proof that keeping it real, focusing on the work, and thinking as a species (TAAS) actually pays off. For many, running is just a way to stay fit, but for Dharmendra, it means a lot more than a mere form of cardio. In our latest session of The Boring Conference, Dharmendra D, running coach and freelance writer, had an engaging conversation with Kartika Rajaram  on his love for running. His in-depth knowledge and love for the sport sparked hearty conversations with an enthusiastic audience. Even those who weren’t remotely interested in running found themselves eagerly asking questions and getting excited about the prospect of lacing up their sneakers. His humour and witty comebacks made everyone feel comfortable opening up about their own running experiences. We heard from former footballers looking to get back in form, people who find running therapeutic, and even folks who have never run a mile in their life but are now inspired to give it a try. Dharmendra’s session resonated with many, reassuring that its never too late to start running.  He shared a motivating story of a CEO who started running at 58 and continued well into his 67th year, showing that age is just a number when it comes to pursuing your passions.
