Huge opportunities for green growth in Madhya Pradesh 🇮🇳! It was inspiring to attend MP Global Investor Summit in one of India´s most beautiful and clean cities - Bhopal. The event attracted 10 000 participants, diplomats from 40 countries and numerous business and political leaders. Prime Minister Narendra Modi focused on Indias growth story and green opportunities in Madhya Pradesh - solar energy, pumped storage and electric vehicles. Gautam Adani promised investments from the Adani Group which will create 1,2 lakh (120 000) new jobs by 2030. Vineet Mittal from Avaada Group outlined huge investments in renewables. Godrej Capital, Sagar Group and Shakti Pumps (I) Ltd. added commitments. Chief minister Dr. Mohan Yadav launched 18 game changing policies - among them renewable energies, electric vehicles and pumped storage The largest floating solar in the world is at Omkareshwar, Sanchi is fuelled by the sun, there is huge potential fo pumped storage.
