BabyMD is a full-funded chain of child care clinics with a refreshing approach to holistic wellness, going bee-yond the ordinary acute physical ailments, catering to new-age parents, children, and adolescents! We offer proactive, no-judgement, and attentive out-patient consultations, vaccinations, assessments, and therapies. Deeksha and I are the cofounders. We recently signed leases for new clinics in Varathur (on the Varthur-Sarjapur Road near Prestige Lakeside Habitat main gate), and in HSR (behind the BDA complex), and more coming up in Bellandur, Sarjarpur, and Marathahalli. Our existing clinics are in Electronic City Phase 1 and in Kasavanahalli, Hosa Road. We are looking for mission-focused like-minded doctors and therapists to come join us in delivering care out of the above locations. Hiring one jack of all trades, also sometimes *wrongly* called a Chief of Staff. Read below if you are interested or share / comment if you know someone who may be interested. Quick recap: 1. BabyMD is a holistic child care clinic chain for new-age parents. We want to truly change how we parent, going bee-yond the ordinary. We are well funded, yet frugal and believe in sustainable growth. 2. Deeksha and I are the no-nonsense, but mature, and A-type, co-founders. Read up our LinkedIns to get a sense of what we are - intense, probably suffering from adult ADHD. 3. This is not a strategy role! Not a strategy role! NOT a strategy role! But what you will do will be very strategic for us - because it will give immense leverage! 4. This is an executing role, with your leverage enabling us to do all the things we want to do. We will toil and have fun alongside you, yes, but there are somethings that only we can do, and we want the bandwidth to do - that's where you come in. There is nothing you will not say no to do - within ethics, legality, morality, and objectivity, of course. 5. This is a full-time, work-from-office / clinic / wherever we (not you) want role. Base is Bengaluru. Yes, the weather and beer is nice. Most of the days. Everything else is crap. We will help you deal with it. (For starters, we just signed up an office space in HSR. It is an independent bungalow withing walking distance of three microbreweries. You can even stay in the office, if you want, so you have literally zero rent and zero commute!) 6. You will have a learning curve like none other. My pinky promise. And Deeksha's too. We make it you our priority: train, invest, listen, and spar - because that's the only way to leverage - ideally you'll be our alter ego. You will likely sign up every waking (and dreaming) moment, but it will be worth it. To be explicit, we may end up working seven days a week when needed, but we are also sane (with families) and will all get rest too! 7. We may not be able to pay you your dream salary, but it is fair and worthwhile. I mean, we just took care of your rent, didn't we? We will find ways to sweeten the deal; it won't pinch you. And yes, we will correct when the right time comes - ah, the classical experiment in patience! Still here?
