On October 10, Hunch Mobility facilitated a key meeting for its partner, BETA TECHNOLOGIES, with a senior trade and investment delegation from the Government of Karnataka in the United States. Representing Hunch Mobility was Pavan Bakshi (Partner), alongside Blake Opsahl from BETA Technologies. They met with Mr. M.B. Patil (Honourable Minister for Large and Medium Scale Industries and Infrastructure Development), Dr. S. Selvakumar (Principal Secretary, Department of Commerce and Industry), Ms. Gunjan Krishna (Commissioner, Department of Industries and Commerce), Dr. N Mahesh (CEO and Executive Member, Karnataka Industrial Development), and H.N. Ravindra (Deputy Director) at the Consulate General of India in New York to discuss potential expansion opportunities in India. During the meeting, Hunch Mobility shared details of its ongoing work in Karnataka, using Bengaluru as a hub to revolutionise commutes through short-haul helicopter services today and future eVTOL solutions. The goal is to reduce traffic congestion, offer sustainable alternatives, and ensure faster, more efficient transportation for the city’s residents.
