𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐲𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐝 Original Content Creator: 𝐌𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐦 𝐏𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐞𝐧 Most founders work on marketing backwards: 1. Start with tactics (SEO, Ads, etc.) 2. Write specific (irrelevant) messages 3. Then to link this message to an audience 4. Without a clear ICP*/Value proposition 5. "Let's make it green like our brand" (*Ideal Customer Profile) They're unaware of the Marketing Priority Pyramid. Every problem/failure at one level is a symptom of a problem at the level below. Outbound not working? → What's the process? → What's the messaging? ⠀⠀→ Who's the ideal customer? ⠀⠀→ What is our value proposition? ⠀⠀→ Is our brand differentiated? The same goes for SEO, paid ads, newsletters, you name it. Work on the pyramid from the bottom up: → Brand: How are we different? → ICP: Who are we selling it to? → Pain points: What are the ICP's problems? → Value prop: How do we solve pain for ICP? From there comes the rest: - Copywriting - Team structure - Automation & tools - Go-to-Market motions And finally, the tactics: → Ads, SEO, Partnerships, Freemium, etc. Results from these tactics feed the feedback loop that adjust the direction of Go-To-Market and Product strategies. It's easy to put the blame on the topmost layer: external factors, wrong tools, mistakes made — but 99% of the time there's an underlying problem.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗔𝟰 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴! On July 1st, 2024, GA3 will stop collecting new data for good. 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜: 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜, 𝗠𝗟, 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗡𝗟𝗣, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗟𝗠𝘀 Terms like AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs are often used interchangeably, but each plays a distinct role in driving innovation. Let's demystify these concepts and explore how they interconnect to unlock the power of AI. Breaking Down the Concepts 𝟭. 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗔𝗜): - AI is the broad field focused on creating systems that can perform tasks requiring human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, and decision-making. For example, AI is used in autonomous vehicles, like Tesla's self-driving cars, to interpret and respond to the environment. 𝟮. 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗠𝗟): * ML is a subset of AI involving algorithms that learn from data to make predictions or decisions. It uses statistical techniques to improve as more data becomes available. For instance, Netflix uses ML algorithms to recommend shows and movies based on viewing history. 𝟯. 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: - Deep Learning, a subset of ML, uses neural networks with many layers to learn from vast amounts of data. It excels in tasks like image and speech recognition due to its ability to model complex patterns. Deep Learning powers voice assistants like Amazon's Alexa to understand and respond to voice commands. 𝟰. 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗡𝗟𝗣): - NLP is a branch of AI that focuses on the interaction between computers and human language. It includes tasks like sentiment analysis, translation, and text generation. Google Translate uses NLP to convert text from one language to another, maintaining the meaning and context. 𝟱. 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 (𝗟𝗟𝗠𝘀): - LLMs, such as GPT-4o, are advanced deep learning models designed to understand and generate human-like text. They are trained on extensive datasets and can handle a variety of language-related tasks. OpenAI's GPT-4o can write essays, answer questions, and even create poetry, demonstrating its ability to generate coherent and contextually relevant text. At Blue Caffeine, we use the latest AI technologies and are excited about the developments in the field. Stay Tuned! #AI #MachineLearning #DeepLearning #NLP #LLMs #Innovation #BlueCaffeine #chatGPT #GPT4o

"𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐨 𝐧𝐨 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞": A Japanese Secret to Empathy and Resilience in Business 🌸 In Japanese culture, "𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐨 𝐧𝐨 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞" literally means "the pathos of things" or "empathy towards things", appreciating the fleeting nature of beauty and feeling a gentle sadness for its impermanence. This concept is beautifully symbolized by 𝑺𝒂𝒌𝒖𝒓𝒂, the cherry blossoms that bloom brilliantly but briefly each spring. Just like fleeting moments in life, business situations are temporary yet valuable. Embracing Mono no Aware can bring new perspectives to our work: 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: Recognize and value your team's efforts, building trust and loyalty even during challenging times. 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬: Cherish each interaction, fostering genuine and lasting connections. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭: Accept and adapt to change, much like the natural cycles of life, strengthening your resilience. 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Stay open to continuous learning and evolution, inspired by the transient nature of all things. At Blue Caffeine, we appreciate the depth of Japanese culture. By reflecting on concepts like Mono no Aware, we aim to foster a work environment that values empathy, adaptability, and growth. #MonoNoAware #Leadership #BusinessGrowth #JapaneseCulture
