We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare financial statements and produce budget forecasts.
Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant, with at least [4] years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
