Struggling with interviews? These 4 hacks will change the game! Interviews can feel overwhelming, but the right prep can give you an edge. Whether it’s a consulting case or a behavioral round, these hacks will boost your confidence and performance. Here’s how to ace your next interview: 1️⃣ Know Key Populations Market-sizing questions become easier when you know the basics. Example: If asked about the smartphone market in India, knowing India’s population (~1.4 billion) or Mumbai’s (~20 million) helps you estimate confidently. 2️⃣ Master Quick Math Hacks Save time during case studies: Simplify Multiplication: Half one number, double the other (e.g., 24 x 35 → 12 x 70 = 840). Flip Percentages: 65% of 80 = 80% of 65 OR Break it down: 50% (32.5) + 30% (19.5) = 52. 3️⃣ Clarify Case Study Goals Before diving in, confirm the objective. Example: "Your client is a fitness equipment manufacturer with declining revenue. What should they do?" Clarify: Are they aiming to increase revenue, market share, or profitability? 4️⃣ Stay Business-Savvy Mention recent business news to show commercial awareness. Example: "The recent OpenAI investment by Microsoft highlights how generative AI impacts business." Pro Tip: Practice these hacks with real examples to turn a good interview into a great one. Confidence is key—start now! 📌 Want more tips like these? Follow us and stay tuned for our 'Internship Insider' guide, dropping soon! #InterviewTips #CareerGrowth #CAGR #Internship101

Thank you for joining us Manan Jain!
Another milestone: delivered my first offline speaker session at OP Jindal University! I was extremely honored to be invited by CAGR Network JGU and Jindal School of Banking & Finance to speak to students and share my insights on consulting as a career, my experience as a consultant, off-campus internship strategies, and a bit about college life and societies. Feels like just yesterday I was in college myself, sitting through those speaker sessions, sometimes out of genuine curiosity to hear someone’s story—and other times because we were forced to, lmao! Now, I found myself on the other side, answering questions from students! The most humbling (yet still embarrassing) part was being called "Sir." Still can't act out as a guest lecturer, I still feel like that 1st year college student not gonna lie! Lastly, thank you Jennifer for having me, and for the warm hospitality!

Self-Assessment: All attendees completed a #SWOT analysis to identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. 2. #AIPowered Grouping: An AI system used the SWOT analysis results to create balanced groups of 4 participants. 3. Skill Swap Sessions: Each participant had 10 minutes of one-on-one time with each member of their group, leading to a 30-minute "skill swap" session. A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the event's success! We look forward to seeing you in future CAGR Network JGU events. #CAGRNetworkJGU #speednetworking #buildingconnections
