We are excited to share that we successfully concluded the second batch of the Design Thinking Workshop in our ZEISS India, Bangalore office for our #teamZEISS members. This workshop was designed to empower participants with the essential tools and methodologies needed to address complex challenges creatively and collaboratively. During the session, attendees engaged in interactive activities that guided them through the five stages of design thinking: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. By cultivating a mindset of curiosity and experimentation, participants learned to recognize user needs, brainstorm innovative solutions, and refine their ideas based on feedback. On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we came together in our offices across locations to celebrate and recognize the incredible women in our workplace and communities. We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our cricket tournament - ZEISS India Cricket Premier League 3.0 held from February 13th to 28th! With 24 enthusiastic teams participating, the event was a fantastic showcase of talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship. ZEISS India was honored to be a part of the Uttar Pradesh Birding Festival 2025 in the historic Mahakumbh City, Prayagraj!    This incredible festival provided a fantastic platform to engage with passionate birders, conservationists, forest officers, and students, all dedicated to the cause of wildlife and habitat conservation. The event was filled with insightful discussions, interactive sessions, and immersive experiences, reinforcing the importance of preserving our rich biodiversity.   The festival was inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister Dr. Arun Kumar Saxena and Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, marking the beginning of an inspiring gathering of experts and nature enthusiasts.   A huge thank you to the organizers, delegates, and everyone who made this event a grand success! ZEISS India Launches AI for Eye Care Research Lab at IISc! We are excited to announce the opening of the ZEISS Research Lab on AI for Eye Care at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), supported by our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. This collaboration combines ZEISS’s eye care expertise with IISc’s AI research to enhance diagnosis and vision technology. Key Focus Areas: a. AI-driven medical research for eye care. b. Personalized eyewear recommendations based on facial features. This lab is a joint effort between ZEISS, IISc researchers, and our CSR team, aiming to improve eye care access and innovation.
