In this video, we delve into the intricate world of aerospace CAD Modelling, a discipline where precision meets innovation. Through the CAD models, we explore the meticulous process of designing aerospace parts, each crafted with an eye for detail and a vision for the future. Topic: GE9X AIRCRAFT ENGINE Applications:- 1)Boeing 777X: The GE9X is the engine to power the new long-haul airliner produced by Boeing, the 777X. It first ran on the ground in April 2016 and first flew on March 13, 2018. It powered the 777-9’s maiden flight in early 2020. 2)Fuel Efficiency: The GE9X is the most fuel-efficient engine produced by General Electric. It was designed to improve fuel efficiency by 10% compared to the GE90. 3)Advanced Materials and Technologies: The engine incorporates some of the most advanced materials and technologies. It features advanced materials like ceramic matrix composites (CMCs), and higher bypass and compression ratios. 4)Thrust: The GE9X is rated at 110,000 lbf (490 kN) of thrust, which is 5,000 lbf (20 kN) less than the GE90 highest thrust variant, the GE90-115, rated at 115,000 lbf (510 kN). 5)Guinness World Record: Interestingly, the GE9X holds the Guinness World Record title for thrust, officially known as 'the most powerful commercial aircraft jet engine (test performance)'. During the record-certification process, the engine reached a thrust of 134,300 pounds, surpassing the record held by GE’s GE90-11B engine of 127,900 pounds, set in 2002. 6)FAA Certification: The GE9X test engines completed just under 5,000 hours and 8,000 cycles for its FAA certification, which was granted in late September. GE Aviation is continuing further testing and certification, conducting 3,000 cycles of additional ground testing to support Extended Operations (ETOPS) approval. These pages provide a comprehensive understanding of the GE9X Aircraft Engine, its design, capabilities, and its role in modern aviation.

We are delighted to share our successful visit to the International Defence Aviation Exposition and Symposium (IDAX-TX 24) on August 14, 2024, which was organized by Indian Air Force at the Air Force Station in Sulur, Coimbatore. This prestigious event brought together industry leaders, innovators, and students to showcase and discuss the latest advancements in defense aviation technology. IDAX-TX 24 served as a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and exposure to cutting-edge developments in the defense sector. Our participation in IDAX-TX 24 was incredibly enriching, as we gained valuable insights into how our core disciplines are applied in defense aviation, including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), missile systems, and advanced aircraft technologies. We had the opportunity to interact with entrepreneurs from various startups, who shared their experiences and the innovative defense technologies they are pioneering in their projects. A significant focus was also placed on drone technologies, with detailed discussions on their applications in surveillance, reconnaissance, and tactical operations. The event provided a closer look at various components used in military aircraft and defense systems, along with detailed explanations of avionics, propulsion systems, and other critical elements. Furthermore, we were fascinated by the in-depth knowledge we acquired about the mechanics and operation of military helicopters. This event has greatly motivated us by showcasing the vast opportunities available in the defense aviation industry. The knowledge we gained and the connections we made will undoubtedly guide us in our academic and professional journeys. IDAX-TX 24 has not only expanded our understanding of the field but also inspired us to contribute to the future of defense aviation technology. Regards, CAS GCT

In this video, we delve into the intricate world of aerospace CAD Modelling, a discipline where precision meets innovation. Through the CAD models, we explore the meticulous process of designing aerospace parts, each crafted with an eye for detail and a vision for the future. TOPIC: AGRICULTURE PLANE APPLICATIONS:- 1)Aerial Application of Pesticides and Fertilizers: Often referred to as “crop dusting” or “top dressing”, agricultural aircraft are used to apply pesticides or fertilizers to crops. This method allows for efficient and uniform application over large areas. 2)Hydroseeding: Agricultural aircraft are also used for hydroseeding, which is a planting process that uses a slurry of seeds and mulch. 3)Crop Monitoring and Surveying: Farmers rely on aerial application operations to survey and monitor crops. This helps in early detection of diseases or pests and allows for timely intervention. 4)Seeding: They are used to seed rice and wheat. This is particularly useful in areas where traditional sowing methods are challenging. 5)Firefighting: Agricultural aircraft play a crucial role in fighting forest and grassland fires. They can quickly and accurately drop water or fire retardants over the affected areas. 6)Fish Feeding: In aquaculture, aircraft are used to feed fish. This method is efficient for large-scale fish farms. 7)Defoliation: Before harvesting certain crops like cotton, aircraft are used for defoliation - the process of removing the leaves to make the harvest easier. 8)Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS): UAS technology has allowed for a more integrated and optimized approach to various farming tasks such as field mapping, plant stress detection, biomass estimation, weed management, inventory counting, and chemical spraying. These applications highlight the versatility and efficiency of agricultural aircraft in supporting large-scale farming and forestry operations. They help ensure that our communities continue to have a steady supply of food and other resources.
