In 2013, I was working as a Business Head of a CRM software company. It was then when I first encountered how challenging it is to be an entrepreneur as they were the customers of our software. In almost every interaction, I was able to see the entrepreneur was full of energy, motivation and the ideas but his team and the systems in place did not match it. There was a clear lack of clarity on the why, where and how in every department of the company worked. This awareness amplified when I started my own journey. While I had some theoretical knowledge but no system or framework to make it work. So, I failed multiple times but along the way I learned a lot both on my own and from amazing mentors. From then on, I went on to train, coach and mentor thousands of employees and 100s of entrepreneurs on sales and marketing systems and finally derived my Business Accelerator Framework which has a Five-Focus-Point Model which focuses on five important areas of a business that people often are not aware of.
