Highways often disrupt critical wildlife corridors, but engineered solutions like wildlife underpasses reconnect habitats and reduce roadkill. NH-44, connecting Pench and Kanha Tiger Reserves, stands as a model for such solutions, used by tigers, leopards, and gaurs. A WEF Young Global Leader (2020) and Harvard Kennedy School alumnus, he’s not just a thought leader but a doer — having led carbon finance projects during the early CDM days and contributed to global green economy efforts with UNEP.
