    I love Sneakers and Solethreads has stolen the show in recent times But so many options out there that any sneaker-head like me is confused. - Here I have listed 11 changes that I evaluated heuristically and think would be great changes for a brand like their's. Please note that 'Experiment is the key' and it is always advisable to test before making changes: 1. 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐩: Reduce the content at the top, make more space for you to start with the image by putting too many details at the top users are unable to register any details. 2. 𝐁𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐈𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: The superpower are the images, using bigger product images will ensure that targeted users are fascinated by the details and Highlighting features by marking them on Product (if you see carefully you can see 'Breathable') will help users register details better. 3. 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐔𝐓𝐌 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟: You can devise more ways if you like but UTM code with a bit of tweak on copy in social proof may trigger FOMO for the users. 4. 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐳𝐞 & 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Making Size guide and colour section more aesthetic and providing more useability. It will also increase Product knwoledge. 5. 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥/ 𝐔𝐆𝐂: Revamping the UGC/ the advertorial can be a good option considering the small tiles of videos might not be the most effective way to hold user's attention for a better engagement. You see, the target group is suffering from doom scrolling 😉 6. 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐛: Revamping the product description tab leads to lesser friction by length and better segregation. This leads to lesser cognitive load. 7. 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐒𝐏𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭: Highlighting the USPs or making the USPs more prominent by using a darker background and better iconography leads to users registering the details better. 8. 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Animating the tiles to show features , will lead to lesser cognitive load & better product understanding. 9. 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: Overhauling customer stories with better graphic and styling will lead to better engagement for the users, the overall 'Wow' factor will increase. 10. 𝐄𝐧𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬: enhance the appeal of the product & create a good chance of cross-sell and upsell 11.
