This role requires a sharp analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a dedication to ensuring smooth operations while maintaining high user satisfaction. 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Operations Manager 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Gurgaon 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: 3-6 years 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Competitive (as per industry standards) 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Track daily platform metrics, ensuring targets are met and key operational goals are achieved. 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠: Oversee payments to users and agents, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 & 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Manage queries, provide support, and resolve any issues faced by users and agents. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on platform performance, payouts, and targets. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy. 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Ensure transaction compliance with company policies and detect any potential fraud. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Work closely with finance, product, and support teams to maintain seamless platform operations. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 3-6 years of experience in operations, fintech, or performance marketing. Strong analytical skills and experience in data tracking and reporting. Knowledge of payment processing systems and user management. Ability to manage high-volume operations with precision and efficiency. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
