Enterprise Ireland Benelux was thrilled to welcome over 60 client companies to Kickstart Europe in Amsterdam this week to promote Irish innovation within the high-tech construction industry. Kickstart Europe is the premier European Digital Infrastructure strategy and networking event. Over two days, attendees explored future opportunities and partnerships with EU industry leaders. Client companies showcased their cutting-edge solutions, connected with global leaders, and explored emerging trends and technologies set to shape the year ahead. John Hunt, Global Sector Lead for Construction at Enterprise Ireland, participated in a panel discussion on the topic “From Local to Global: Ireland and the UK’s Strategic Position in the European Data Center Ecosystem.” Alongside Host in Ireland and the Dutch Data Center Association, Enterprise Ireland hosted several industry networking events.

Leading Irish Healthtech companies announced expansion, high-value contracts and new partnerships globally. Ireland’s largest indigenous MedTech company Aerogen announced the opening of its new Middle East office, while ACETECH Global, specialists in advanced vehicle intelligence solutions for emergency services, secured a $9.1 million contract with Basam Trading Company. PsycReality which provides virtual reality (VR) solutions to enhance psychotherapeutic treatments through mental health professionals, signed a number of MoU partnerships with the University of Birmingham, Heriot-Watt University, and the Middle East Psychological Association.
