  • The electric vehicle (EV) industry requires specialized engineering and rigorous development processes to meet durability and performance standards. Lectrix EV operates a 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐑&𝐃 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐮 structured as a Centre of Excellence, staffed by approximately 𝟏𝟐𝟎 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 such as engineering, product development, validation, industrial design, supply chain, and quality assurance. The facility supports in-house testing and design iteration, allowing the team to manage timelines independently and maintain quality oversight. Key equipment includes: ✅ 𝐂𝐀𝐌 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞: Replicates extensive road stress (equivalent to over 100,000 km) in condensed testing cycles to identify design vulnerabilities early. ✅ 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: Tests battery performance under accelerated thermal conditions to forecast longevity and reliability. ✅ 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐨: Evaluates vehicle endurance and power output to ensure compliance with performance criteria. This allows the team to accelerate testing cycles, refine designs faster, and maintain complete control over quality — crucial in an industry where relying on third-party timelines can delay progress. The setup enables Lectrix to address challenges specific to Indian road conditions through controlled testing protocols. The focus lies on delivering dependable solutions that stand the test of time. Here's a glimpse. #electricvehicles #qualitycontrol #partnered
