After a little over a year, I bid goodbye to Fifth Estate Agency, a place that marked the beginning of what now feels like my lifelong journey in brand communications. When I joined, all I had was a spark of curiosity and a small hope that I might find my place in this field—so different from journalism that I did before. From being utterly lost with words like "buckets" and "decks" to becoming someone who has not only understood them but developed a genuine passion for this career, the time here has been incredible. Many thanks to Upasana R. and Jaydeep Rajhans, who saw potential in me even before I did. Their strong belief, guidance, and trust have been instrumental in shaping the writer I am today. Whether it was offering thoughtful feedback, encouraging me to take on new challenges, or simply being ‘the’ cool bosses everyone wishes for, they made work feel less like a job and more like a place to thrive. A huge shoutout to my amazing content team for filling every day with laughter, support, and camaraderie, and to the account managers, who helped me find clarity in the chaos. Work felt less like work because of all of you. In just over fourteen months, I’ve had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects—content for two editions of large-scale event, a coffee table book, a social media strategy for a major brand, a personal brand-building exercise, internal communication magazines, and more. Each project has been a learning experience, and I’ll carry those lessons with me moving forward.
