THE FUTURE OF TRADING IS “ALGO TRADING” 🤖 What is Algo trading ? 🦾 Algo trading, also known as algorithmic trading, is a method of executing orders by providing a predefined set of rules to a computer program. When the predefined conditions are met, orders are placed at a speed and frequency that is impossible for a human trader 👩💻 The algorithm can be based on a number of input points like price, timing, quantity or other metrics 📈 Advantages of Algo Trading ? 💪 1. Algo trading is systematic and error-free. Human errors like giving wrong inputs have been completely eliminated by algo trading ✅ 2. The biggest edge Algo trading provides is the reduction in errors due to emotional and psychological factors common among human beings 😇 You might have observed that I always post about equity trading and have not posted about derivatives trading i.e. Futures & Options since very long because, I have completely shifted to algo trading in derivatives segment from July onwards. How To Do Buying With Fresh Money In Current Market Scenario❔ For Investors 📈 If you have observed that after every 3-4 months sector rotation happens so, you have to identify the sectors which were lagging behind the previous months and now have gained fuel to again start the rally ahead 💹 For example, Realty and Metals rallied a lot till June and July respectively. Those 3-4 months from March to July growth in those stocks were huge. Then, from July to Sep Pharma and FMCG stocks rallied.
