We know that you like great application photos, so we reached into our large pockets and pulled out one of these great shots. This one was taken by Saad Altaf during a recent demonstration at a sewage treatment plant to showcase not only our advanced technology but also the disturbance correction feature. Flexim's disturbance correction ensures good accuracy even under less-than-ideal inflow conditions, reducing the required inlet length from 10D to just 2D. This innovation allows for installation in very tight spaces without interrupting the process. We compared the readings with another meter that had sufficient upstream and downstream straight pipe lengths, making it a reliable reference. Exciting news from Mumbai! Check out this amazing photo taken by our Service Engineer, Akbar Ali. Our team has completed a groundbreaking project in the bustling port city of Mumbai, India. They installed six advanced flow meters to monitor the standardized flow of crude oil for a major client. Why is this important? 🤔 Previously, crude oil was imported from various countries and transported to the refinery. At the refinery, the volume of oil was measured using a tank system. However, there was no measurement taken at the terminal port. Therefore, it was decided to install an HPI meter to accurately measure the standardized flow rate at the port. This is based on a scenario developed by the market partners and confirmed by the Federal Network Agency for the future development of the production, supply and consumption of gas. The network development plans and the network expansion calculations from 2014/15 and 2016 planned for an increase in capacity for the Gernsheim distribution node by creating a new DN 600 connection line. We were able to help a customer in the Middle East who had been struggling with their existing flowmeters for water injection measurement. Our team had conducted several trials across the country in the past, and after much consideration, the end users decided to order a test meter. The results were beyond satisfactory, and the customer immediately placed an order for 19 of our FLUXUS F831 ultrasonic flowmeters this week. #oilandgasindustry #waterinjection #emerson #flexim
