While we played cricket under the open sky, a rainbow appeared,stretching across the horizon, a perfect reminder of what this festival truly stands for. Colors, life, joy, and the beauty of coming together. Just as every shade in a rainbow has its place, each one of us adds something unique to the GREST team. Holi isn’t just about the colors we throw. It’s about the laughter we share, the bonds we strengthen, and the memories we create. From thrilling games to friendly competition, the spirit of togetherness shone through. And, of course, we wrapped it all up with well-deserved awards, recognizing the energy, passion, and camaraderie that make this team truly special. 🏆✨ May this Holi fill our lives with colors of joy, laughter, and togetherness. For decades, the world of tech repairs belonged to men. Walk into any repair shop, and you'd see only men working on devices, diagnosing problems, and handling intricate fixes. The idea of women in these roles was almost nonexistent. Not because they lacked the skill, but because they were never given the chance. Even today, when a customer calls our support team and hears a woman confidently troubleshooting a device issue, there's often hesitation. A customer once said “ Is there a senior technician I can speak to?” Some still assume that technical expertise is a man’s domain. But at GREST, we see things differently. In our repair facility, women aren’t just answering queries; they are at the workbenches, replacing components, running diagnostics, and setting the gold standard for quality. They aren’t here to prove a point; they are here because they’re skilled, capable, and driven. For many, choosing a career is a privilege. But for countless women, stepping into an unconventional industry like this is both a necessity and a choice, one that comes with resistance, judgment, and societal norms to overcome. And yet, they persist. Even outside the repair bay, the shift is visible. Our security guard, who ensures smooth operations at the facility, once overheard a visitor ask, "Madam, do women really repair phones here?" She simply smiled and responded, "Not just repair, they set the standard." This Women’s Day, we celebrate the women at GREST, who are shaping an industry that wasn’t built for them but is now being redefined by them. Because change isn’t given; it’s taken. Here’s to the women who fix, build, and lead. 💜✨

Before joining GREST, I was like most Gen Z - aware of concepts like slow fashion, upcycling, and conscious consumerism. We champion sustainability in what we wear, what we eat, and even how we travel. But when it came to tech? Owning a refurbished device never even crossed my mind. For me, the cycle was simple: Buy a new phone. Sell the old one. The idea of buying a refurbished device? That felt like a compromise. Then, within 15 days of joining GREST, I bought my first refurbished iPhone. Why so fast? Because I was exposed to a completely different world. I held a refurbished iPhone in my hand, and it was as good as new. Same design. Same performance. Just without the unnecessary price tag. Why had I never considered this before? But convincing my friends? That took two months. Why? Stigma. Mindset. Trust. People associate refurbished tech with “used,” “compromised,” or just not good enough. We see premium fashion going circular, but premium tech? Still a distant thought. 🔹 Shrey Sardana always emphasizes, “Refurbished tech isn’t a sexy industry, but it’s one of the most crucial.” And that’s the reality. It doesn’t have the allure of brand-new launches, but it holds the key to a more sustainable and accessible future. That’s when I realized,the biggest challenge isn’t just selling refurbished iPhones. It’s changing how people perceive them. 📌 We’re not just selling a product. We’re building trust. 📌 We’re not just making refurbished an option. We’re making it aspirational. 🔹 Nitin Goyal always states, “No matter what, the customer experience should not be compromised.” Because the only way to shift mindsets is to make refurbished tech feel as premium, seamless, and aspirational as buying new. And at the risk of sounding like a boomer—bringing real change takes patience. 📢 Refurbished iPhones aren’t just for Tier 2 or Tier 3 cities. 📢 They’re for the premium consumer. The tech enthusiast. The everyday user. 📢 This is not a compromise. This is a smarter, mainstream choice. GREST is making trust, quality, and circularity the norm in tech. Not a niche alternative. Beyond just exploring our range of devices, many were eager to understand how refurbishment works. That’s where our Refurbish Station became a game-changer. We gave visitors a transparent look at how devices are repaired and restored to perfection, something that addressed a major concern: trust in repairs. Many people shared their struggles with unreliable local repairs : poor quality, lack of accountability, and uncertainty about what goes inside their devices. Seeing our process firsthand reassured them that repair and refurbishment, when done right, is the future of sustainable tech. It’s clear; people are ready for change. They want options that are sustainable, reliable, and value-driven. And at GREST, we’re here to make that shift seamless and trustworthy.
