What if you could get hired by management consulting, product management, and public policy employers? Or what if you get to learn Harvard-style cases from Rajat Gupta (First Non-American Indian, Global CEO McKinsey & Company), Peter Fisher (Former Asia Chairman, Blackrock), and Arun Maira (Former Boston Consulting Group (BCG) India Chairman) and get to be forge bonds with the most diverse, kind, and purposeful community at only 1% of the cost of Top MBA program. Sounds too good to be true? We are a social impact organization with a mission to provide quality Business and Policy Education for an Inclusive World. Many of our fellows and Scholars join GGI for a period of 6 months - that means our goal is to ensure that those 6 months are the best days of their lives! They learn, they #fail, they make a lifelong #support network, and most importantly they are kind to each other - as they grow both personally and professionally. Important Disclaimer 1- Do we confer degrees at GGI?  We will never confer degrees at GGI. It is a conscious stand we have taken. Conferring degrees will also make it difficult for us to keep innovating curriculum, learning outcomes, and products with changing market dynamics. This nimbleness allows us to keep our costs down, allowing us to provide an Alt and Pre MBA at 1% of the cost, making quality business education truly accessible! Disclaimer 2- What are our employment partners and salaries offered? The highest package from GGI was 29 Lakh by two employers (by an investment firm and leading startup) and the average currently hovers around 17 Lakh. Few people find this too good to be true, especially people who are still stuck on the "campus" mindset. And we understand that. But this is when we truly feel we are winning the battle. Employers now trust our program curriculum with CXOs coming to teach and appreciate that good talent doesn't just come out of accredited degrees and campuses! Having said this, we don’t promote placement culture - it intermingles with learning, and ruins the beauty of education centered around curiosity. The important point however is that we don’t want GGI to be associated with these ‘packages’. GGIians support each other, stay curious, research, work hard, and some of them go beyond GGI to upskill themselves. And it is because of their effort - employers at GGI are investing in them. Our office of career service (OCS) works day in and day out in making sure that GGIians outperform every day, and they get served opportunities that they deserve! GGI is a long-term mission for us for the coming 10 years and beyond. And we are thankful to all the +5500 Scholars, Fellows, 29+ Employment Partners, 97+ Masterclass Speakers, Advisors, and well-wishers for their trust and support. Look forward to working with you all as we grow❤️! Meet us here-https://lnkd.in/f_cnFXF

  • Shortly after GGI, I'd be joining Chase India in policy strategy role. ”Hi, I am Manvi. I have a diverse background, wherein I started with Humanities and am now pivoting towards commerce. I came across GGI when I was looking into MBA programs. I started going through the ‘MBA in 10 Minutes’ series which I found extremely interesting.” Q- What are the 3 things you learned at GGI? “What stood out the most for me is the quality of the cohort. GGIans have been so nice and helpful to me. In fact, they helped me get into my recent job as well. 2nd, the way the classes have been structured, including the pre-reads and the post-reads has helped me significantly. Lastly, I have to give credit to Schrodinger, the AI case interview preparation tool. I was completely new to the concept of case-ing. This helped me understand what a consultant actually does. I was good at some and really stuck out in the rest. In the end, my learning curve has been very steep. Q- So, what is your advice for the cohort of 2024? “I'd say, just trust the process. The learning curve will be steep. Sometimes you may get overwhelmed by it or feel that nothing is making sense. It will all eventually start coming together. Be diligent in classes and do all your asynchronous work as well. Sit tight for 6 months, the team and the cohort are there to help you. 6 months later, your learnings are going to grow by 100%.” Manvi Sherawat, GGI Impact Fellow 2024   Source: Find Manvi’s full interview round here: https://lnkd.in/dzWqzXqz    *** We at GGI congratulate Manvi on her journey and wish her the best in her new role. But we also celebrate how Manvi had a strong sense of belonging and a value of giving back- flagbearer GGI ethos and values.
