This week, I had the opportunity to give a technical talk to the TVS Institute for Quality & Leadership #TVSmotors as part of the collaborative activities of the #IEEE #VTS Special Interest Group on Agile in Automotive. I covered key topics, including agility in software-defined vehicles, various #Agile methodologies, and the importance of team-specific ways of working. We also discussed core engineering practices such as emergent design, TDD, Test and continuous delivery. It was a pleasure interacting with the engineers and a valuable learning experience.
